2. What are the criteria in order to take advantage of the other visibility platforms available at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal or in Toronto?

• You DO NOT necessarily have to be a Festival sponsor in order to:
i. Purchase promotional space on the justforlaughs.com portal, or advertising space in the Festival’s official program, in the Juste pour rire special section published in La Presse or on the light columns located throughout the outdoor site.
ii. Donate a prize to VIP “Platine” customers on the nights of the televised Galas.
iii. Purchase PRE-EXISTING merchandise bearing the Just For Laughs brand.

• You MUST be a Festival sponsor in order to:
i. Organize a corporate event with the aid of a sponsorship account representative from our Customer Service department.
ii. Provide gifts to journalists at press conferences.
iii. Utilize promotional space on the giant LED screens situated on the outdoor site.
iv. Purchase CUSTOM-DESIGNED merchandise bearing the Just For Laughs brand.

3. What is the deadline in order to become a sponsor of the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal? in Toronto? in Nantes?

It depends on the nature of your sponsorship; that is, the logistical complexity of your integration as a sponsor, your sponsorship activation (if applicable), delays in the production of set design and/or promotional elements from your company, and the scope of your promotional commitment.

As a general rule, a large majority of the sponsorship properties are reserved BEFORE:
• Mid-May (for the Montreal Festival)
• Mid-June (for the Toronto Festival)
• Mid-January (for the Nantes Festival) please contact Bruno Baron for more information.

4. What is the minimum investment required in order to sponsor the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal? in Toronto? in Nantes?
• The minimum investment required to become a partner of the Just For Laughs Festivals in Montreal and Toronto is $50,000, plus activation fees. The amount of the investment will vary, among other things, based on the type of sponsorship property available.

Please note: The value of the media plan for promoting a series of shows, the venue for the broadcast and the number of available tickets are all factors affecting the cost of sponsorship for a series of indoor shows. For the outdoor sites, the location, site dimensions, scope of the production, and cost of the production and visuals are all factors affecting the type of sponsorship property involved.
